IV Therapy:

and intravenous medications administration at your own home
specific instruments involved central line treatment and
maintenance, hydration, antibiotic infusions and total parenteral
nutrition.
Wound Care:
Wound care therapist specialized and trained in wound care
treatment, which involves sharp debridement, wound vac with the use
of continuous negative pressure, modalities/ pulsed ultrasound. In
all types of wound like pressure ulcers, vascular conditions
trauma, surgery, diabetes and disease or infection. Wound care
therapist will also provide assessment, management, treatment and
monitoring of existing and potential problems.
Medical Social Workers:
consults with patients and families/caregivers to provide
counseling services, referrals, and coordinates with community
resources as well as assistance with living managements, financial
alternatives and help establish crisis intervention and long term
planning.
Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides:
Are under the supervision of registered nurse or licensed
therapist. Our assistants and aides are experienced, caring
individuals assigned to provide specific needs and assistance like
bathing, dressing, meal preparation and other activities of daily
living in a part-time or temporary basis.
Nursing Care:
Skilled registered nurses and licensed practical nurses with a
variety of clinical specialties and backgrounds to enhance a
systematic assessment and provide care with individualized plan and
intervention for each patient.
Physical Therapy:
Physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are highly
skilled therapist and assistants to restore and provide
rehabilitating therapy to preserve patients' mobility and
independence through grit and balance training, range of motions
and mobility as caregivers/ family training.
Occupational Therapy:
Occupational therapist and occupational therapy aides with
rehabilitative specialties and techniques to work with patients
exercise regimen and to maintain and increase patients mobility to
carry out activities of daily living and to coordinate with
caregivers and families to promote safety and independent
living.
Speech Therapy:
Speech and Language Pathologists, aides and design treatment
based on individual needs to regain patient's communication skill,
swallowing abilities, cognitive abilities or compensate for skills,
