Payroll, taxes, and IRS	PPHH is responsible and accountable for all records and taxes.	You are responsible for reporting and remitting state, federal, and FICA taxes to the proper authorities and institutions.
Caregiver backup in case of emergency	PPHH Nurses are available for immediate support if needed.	None. Back-up and any schedule changes add additional stress to your family.
Caregiver hiring, supervision, and replacement	The agency will handle any and all complaints, issues, staff dismissal and replacement.	You have to find, interview, hire, pay and supervise private care-givers on your own. There is no guarantee of continued care and support.
Availability	24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We work weekends and holidays.	You are responsible for finding replacement staff for any untimely sickness, time off, emergencies, and vacations. Employment transitions mean that you must start all over again.
